Highly Recommend

I found Inside & Out home inspection via a few Facebook friend recommendation. We chose to go with John specifically based upon his number of years in construction and home improvement. We were having John inspect a two story townhouse with about 1,300 square feet and a basement. John arrived before we did, and was already starting to take notes on the exterior of the home.... On everything he did, he always explained what was needed to be fixed and how urgent it was needed. I received the report very quickly, and it had the same level of detail with pictures. Overall, he did a great job. He never shied away from answering any questions. I definitely feel that I had a high level of confidence after I was done with my inspection in my prospective property . Anyone looking for an inspector, I would recommend John.
